If you’re considering therapy, you’re welcome to reach out to schedule a brief consultation. This initial conversation gives us a chance to talk about what brings you in, answer any questions you may have, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you’d like in your message. You’re also welcome to contact me even if you’re unsure whether therapy is what you need right now — we can think about that together.
I typically respond within two business days.
I currently offer weekday daytime appointments via telehealth for clients located in New York, with plans to offer in-person appointments soon. My practice is private pay, and I can provide documentation for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
